The letter is dated 4th January, it makes claims about infringing intellectual property rights, passing off of property, breach of contract, and asks for a response within 14 days with an agreement to cease and desist, pay the RMs legal fees and pay an undisclosed figure in compensation. 18th January 2010: After a period of careful consideration, Mr James Cauty and Mr S Low trading as L-13 respond in writing to the Royal Mail's lawyers.
